Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. At checkout, you can choose from the following services:

All delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Please account for our 3-5 business day processing time when planning your order.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

All delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch and are provided by Royal Mail as guidelines – they are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or circumstances outside our control are beyond our responsibility once your order has left the UK.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. They are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure what to expect.
Tracking
All orders – both UK and international – are sent with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress via the Royal Mail website at royalmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the following timeframes from your dispatch date, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail:
- UK: 10 business days
- International: 20 business days
Royal Mail defines a parcel as officially lost only after these periods have elapsed. We are unable to open an investigation or process a claim before then, but we will do everything we can to resolve the situation once we're able to.
