Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received – unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging, including any box, pouch, stickers or accompanying materials. Items returned incomplete or in a condition suggesting use will not be accepted. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bohemianheartsclub.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Once your return is authorised, we'll provide the address to send it to.
If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at contact@bohemianheartsclub.com so we can make it right.
Natural Materials
Many of our pieces are made with natural or semi-precious materials, which carry inherent variations in colour, texture and pattern – no two pieces are entirely identical. These variations are not defects; they are the nature of the materials themselves. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, we're happy to help.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We don't run a traditional exchange process. If you'd like a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.
International Orders
We ship to a number of countries worldwide. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that return shipping costs, customs fees and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for all international returns.
European Union: If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right under EU consumer law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. The same condition requirements apply – items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging with all accompanying materials intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at contact@bohemianheartsclub.com.
