But who's behind it all?

Hi there! I'm Liya, the creative mind behind Bohemian Hearts Club. When I’m not making jewellery, you’ll find me playing music – I’ve been a performer for years, blending my love of rock with an artistic, theatrical edge. Music and fashion inspire everything I do, and my background in anthropology, art history and fashion media gives me a unique lens to view the world – a lens that I pour into my designs.

I started this jewellery brand as a creative outlet during the isolation of Covid, but it quickly grew into something more. Now, I create necklaces that marry high-quality materials like freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones with designs that feel as playful as they do precious. My aim? To craft pieces that feel personal, lasting and full of heart. Each necklace is handmade by me, combining my love for music, the free spirit of bohemia and the beauty of vintage aesthetics.
